This is our Xcotton product protection for users who purchase some HITWAY products within 60 days. You can use this link to purchase an accident and extended warranty for your products. The only products that can purchase this extended warranty are ebikes.

- Extended Failure Protection: Mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Covered Product.

- Power Surge: A sudden increase in voltage that can damage or destroy electronics, appliances, and even electrical wiring.
- Battery Coverage: Battery failure. One time replacement of battery.
How to File a Claim

Cancellation
You may cancel your Plan and subject to a refund. Amount of your refund will be depending on a number of factors. If your order is canceled prior to delivery, we will issue a full refund. If you have received the product and put it in use for a period of time, depending of the duration since purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund, and minus any claims that have been paid out.
