Quite impressed with the bike. The detachable battery and its range are good. The bike appears to be very well made. My only issue is the levels of power assist - they are set at 6mph, 12mph and 15 mph whereas most other users I know of have their power assist set of 9mph, 12mph and 15mph which I'd much prefer. I'm waiting for a response from HITWAY to remedy this. I was also disappointed the saddle had no suspension spring whereas most reviews I've seen online had this. Overall though, I'm happy with the bike but it would be much better if I can get the assist levels set to my preference.
