Over the moon with the bike and the customer service from Hitway. The bike delivers everything stated in the description and more.
The value for money is incredible. I paid £920 in the sale along with a discount code. The bike even came with a free electric pump which is brilliant, a lock and tool kit.
There was a small scratch on the rear mudguard that had happened during delivery. As soon is I contacted Hitway about this issue they sent out a replacement which was delivered 2 days later. Amazing customer service. You can definitely buy from them with confidence. A good fit for me at 5 foot 7 and my friend at 6 foot pictured below.

The bike is a fanrastic piece of kit .I lived it that much i purchased a second identical bike for my partner .ive done 640 miles in ariund 6 weeks .unfortunately there was an issue wirh the rear cassette whuch forced the gears to snap which i had to take to a reputable bike cimoany to fix .They replaced the rear cassette and gears and a new chain .They tild me the free wheel element was not wirking and the chain was gathering behind the gears and forced the gear to pinch and twist inwards and snapped the teeth in the deraleur .Because i needed the bike to comunte to work ASAP.i decided to let Undercover Cycles carryout the work which xist me £160 .iThe bike however us absoloutely Amazing and i have recomendended the buke to everyone who shares an interest in the bike/bikes as there mist definetly an eye catcher and always attract interest !!.

When our address didn’t show up they enquired and also used what3words which helped the delivery arrive with no issues!
