It's truly fantastic. It has exceptional power, going up hill, even on steep inclines is a breeze. It rides very comfortably, can hardly notice a bump or drop.
The brakes definitely need adjusting out of the box, which I would do on any bicycle new or second hand, they're a tad squeaky but they stop you, which is the important thing.
Tyres have good grip, others say they puncture easily but after a 100 miles they're just as good as new.
Now the battery... While it is powerful enough, it doesn't hold the advertised capacity. But it's not enough of an issue to stop me from purchasing another hitway bike when the time comes.
They really are good quality bikes and motors. I could only choose 4 star but it would really be a 4.5/5 review.

Very pleased with my purchase, after hours of pages reading reviews YouTube videos and research, I decided to choose this model.
1 quality 2 safety (battery catching of fire while charging) 3 practicality 4 transportation 5 range 6 fat tyres for all around on off road use, etc etc fitted my needs perfect.
I liked the idea of a key for ignition as a safety feature, break and headlights are a great addition the folding pedals are nice when you need to fold the bike to transport it.
Comes with tool kit, pump, quality bike lock and easy to understand assembly instructions.
You can purchase accessories ie throttle carrying basket, and you can get into the onboard settings to set things up just the way you want your bike to run, YouTube comes in handy for any tips and tricks you’ll need to know, honestly I’m very pleased and will be getting another one Christmas for the wife, fit two in the boot of the car easily, seriously great fun who would think I would be doing 12 miles on my first run. Not me that’s for sure.

The bike arrived even a few days earlier and it's quite good for this price, we took it with an offer... But without a doubt the best thing is customer service... We had a couple of problems (nothing serious) And they answered us right away, they reimbursed us a quantity and for another problem they told us and gave us the solution themselves...
In conclusion: a bike with a very good quality/price and a very effective customer service. I recommend it ????

Excellent bike lots of fun ..now here's the drawback. Very heavy if you intend to take it in your car. Still gave 5 stars though as it really is a great bike.
Really good quality bike at a great price, a bike of this quality i forght would have cost a lot more considering what you get for your money a powerful machine with really big tyres that grip the road and off road, great 7 speed gear system which works a treat, perhaps the downside the instructions could have been a lot clearer other than that i would recommend this bike.

Recived bike extremely well packed in a box with straps. Putting the bike to gather was a breeze and I did not have to refer to the instructions. Charged the battery and took it out on its first run. Amazed on how much power this bike has for its size. This bike is fantastic value for money, cant find any other that comes close to the price I paid. Excellent.
I reached out to Hitway when my rear light failed. I was sent a link to the correct product and once ordered, it arrived the next day. It was easy to fit and I was back on the road with minimal fuss. Perfect
The battery last long during each charge and the bike gives comfortable ride. Max speed is 15 mph which easily reaches to this speed.
I love it, makes my commute easy and also fun for my recreational purpose.
Firstly, the delivery was incredibly fast. Secondly, the bike itself is comfortable and super quick. Its a little heavier than expected but the pedal assist more than makes it a breeze to use. Im 6foot and the adjustable handlebar and seat height is for sure appreciated. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Hasnt let me down yet.
Have been waiting to order my spare tire and it came very quick and I was able to track the progress. Pretty satisfied with it.
The Bike arrived just fine and the process for building it up was a struggle to say the least. My suggestion is a lot of the extra parts could have been fitted to the bike before boxing to save a lot of the issues. I did manage to change some of the settings to remove restrictions. The Bike is Heavy - but this makes sense given the weight of the battery and the fat tyres. Overall a good solid bike.
