After a month of using my BK5 mostly around the local village with a weekly trip into town ,I have no hesitation in recommending it highly to any potential buyer.

Bought this after doing my research and I have not been disappointed, it genuinely is a great budget e-bike, although it doesn’t feel like a budget bike. So glad I bought this bike and I am enjoying the rides, the pedal assist system is fantastic and the ride is very comfortable due to the slick shimano gears and robust front suspension in conjunction with a comfortable seat fitted with a unique seat post suspension system. What more can I say about this other than I am extremely happy and pleased with the Hitway BK15 e-bike .

Assembling it was a piece of cake, although found the wheel reflectors to be tricky, and flimsy, but even with that said I wouldn’t knock of a start
Bike rides amazing
I brought the bk9 and it's amazing and fun, it can be hard to get a pushing start in the road but it's great way to travel and is amazing!
As a delivery rider I needed a basket to fit my thermal bag and ordered the genuine Hitway basket to fit fit my Hitway bk16.
Delivery was prompt and the basket was easy to fit to my bike. It makes it so much easier than having a bag on my bike . It was well worth the investment.

I brought two BK11 cycles for myself and wife. Early days yet but I've set up both and been out for a short test run.
Both were packed well, easy to setup and worked well.
My test run was around 10 miles and this seemed to use over half the battery. I'm hoping the distance will increase after a few charges and runs out.
Over all my very happy with the BK11s first impressions. At this point if be more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.
The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. It took me two hours to assemble and wasn’t difficult.
I’ve only been out on it three times due to so much wet weather. I bought my wife a Cibe e-bike at over three times the cost. It is heavier but does have more power. However I’m totally satisfied with my HitWay and have saved around £2000 v the cost of a Cube!
For the purchase and delivery of the BK5 Folding Electric Bike, the order was smooth and delivered within the shortest period. Order was delivered as instructed.
Had email exchange with the agent about addition part (throtle). Communication was super professional and new order placed. Great experience.

This basket is very sturdy and easy to install onto my bk8s ebike.
I can get a big bag of shopping on it easily.

pretty decent bike in general, range of battery is good. however slight problem with a shaky handle bar but not too hard to get use to
Fantastic bike,few little teething problems putting it together but that's probably me 🙂.
Haven't had it long but so far it is proving great,climbs the hills in my area in Sussex nicely and everything feels sturdy.

Fantastic bike, I've bought 2 from you over the last two years un fortunately 1 was stolen but I've now bought another . You could consider adding gps trackers built into your bikes in the future. Best 600 pounds I've ever spent, I would recommend hitway to everyone.
