HITWAY Black Friday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The HITWAY Black Friday Giveaway runs from **26 October 2026 to 30 November 2026**, inclusive.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is exclusively open to customers aged 18 or over who have previously purchased a product from an official HITWAY online store.

Both existing and new customers are eligible, provided they have completed a valid purchase before entering the Giveaway.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or unauthorised retailers are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Eligible customers can enter the Giveaway by submitting their **HITWAY order number or the email address used for their purchase** through the official Black Friday Giveaway form.

- One entry per customer.
- Multiple purchases do not increase the chances of winning.
- No additional purchase or entry fee is required for existing eligible customers.
- Cancelled, fully refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible.

HITWAY reserves the right to verify purchase information before awarding prizes.

4. Giveaway Prizes

Prizes may include:

- HITWAY Bicycle Baskets
- HITWAY Electric Air Pumps
- Selected Pre-Owned HITWAY Products (at least 80% condition)
- Brand-New HITWAY Products

Prize models, quantities and colours are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners will be selected at random from all verified eligible entries following the end of the promotion.

Winners will be announced through HITWAY's official social media channels. Selected winners may also be notified by email.

Winners must respond within 14 days of receiving notification to claim their prizes.

6. Prize Delivery

HITWAY will arrange delivery of prizes to eligible shipping destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the prize and destination.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used to verify eligibility, administer the prize draw, contact winners and arrange prize delivery in accordance with HITWAY's Privacy Policy.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails.

8. General Conditions

HITWAY reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries and to amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
